If you follow NFT space, you might be aware of some of the most expensive bidding that have occurred in the area of NFTs.

• Create your NFT listing and Sell!

1. Coinbase Wallet 👜

Create your Coinbase wallet by following the instructions here.

2. Linking your Wallet with OpenSea 💸

Opensea is one of the largest peer-to-peer marketplace for NFTs, rare digital items and crypto collectibles. Get started with Opensea:

• Create Account on opensea.io.
• Link your Coinbase Wallet by scanning the code as shown here:

• Once linked, click on create on top right. Add a suitable name and description with a preview image.

• Once created, you will move to the next page, where you can drop down on listings and click on "Sell".

3. Time to Sell your NFT 💰

Select the type of listing option based on your preference:

• Fixed Price
• Timed Auction - Sell to Highest Bidder

Note that there will be some service fee (2.5%) on selling your listing. Also, you need to maintain a minimum balance of 0.05 Eth for completing your listing.

Post completion of the above process, the listing is complete. Congratulations, you just created and listed your first NFT on sale! 👏👑
